Thoughts
General Veers is a good leader for the empire and also deals high special damage. His AoE skill is great because of ability block despite the low % chance. It does hurt very much when geared.
He has a chance to gain speed up and also turn meter gain, giving him more attacks in an extended fight. He is quite a niche pick with the rebel damage bonus. You can also slot him into your AoE team if you get him early on from data cards.
He is quite hard to farm though. His shards are barely obtainable for new players. That means you won’t be able to casually farm him until you are level 60.
