Basic Ability: Ataru – Deal Physical Damage to target enemy. If that enemy has more than 50% Health, Yoda gains 25% Turn Meter and Foresight for 2 turns.

Thoughts
I think most people are quite disappointed with him since they expect Yoda to beat everyone else. Since they need to make sure the game stays balanced, I believe Yoda is well made.
He is extremely fast, only slower than Count Dooku, Darth Sidious and Princess Leia. Yoda shines against enemy teams with postitive buffs such as Captain Phasma or Poggle the Lesser.
That means people will have to run debuff teams with Darth Sidious or Darth Vader to not make Yoda stronger.
Yoda can also stun enemies below 50% health. His turn meter manipulation is also very useful when needed.
He does have very low health though, so bursting him down is quite easy as long as you can take away his foresight. His high tenacity allows him to resist debuffs more often, so he will get to move very often.
