Shiva is the 4th esper available in the game. In order to get her, you need to unlock the dungeon by defeating the Snow Dragon in Wolfsfang Peak Exploration. Upon defeat, a notice will say something collapse in the dungeon, giving you a path to a new place. To find out the step by step guide, scroll down below to find out.

Lore

An esper that was sealed away in the snowy drifts of Lanzelt, with features fair and heart as cold as a winter’s night. Wields an array of imposing ice magicks, including the deadly Diamond Dust, which freezes everything in sight. Those wishing to serve Shiva must display loyalty and strength, and hope that it will melt her heart of ice.

How to get Shiva (Esper)

Go to Wolfsfang Peak – Exploration. You will first need to kill the Exploration Boss via the route mark 1. After the boss is dead, a tree will collapse which opens up a new way (mark 2).
