General Thoughts

Shantotto is a 5-star unit that plays the magic damage role and boy does she fill that role quite nicely. Her stats aren’t anything too special though her magic stat is where it should be.

The immediate thing you’ll notice about Shantotto is that she has no skills other than Dual Black Magic. Where as her magic pretty much lists every main black magic spell in every tier plus Tornado.

This pretty much makes her a full Black Magic character and a very good one at that. With dual black magic, she’s a real force to be reckoned with.

She basically allows any elemental combo or throwing Bio on an enemy followed by an element. Then there’s here limit burst which does Fire, Ice, and Lightning damage all at once which is great on its own.

Her equipment is lacking but it’s what you’d expect from this kind of character. And her trust gives a nice little 30% boost to her magic making it even more deadly.

Verdict: A surprisingly good Black Mage style character
