General Thoughts

Artemios is a strong attacker with the Barrage ability alongside Chizuru, Bartz and Cloud of Darkness. Barrage is a great offensive skill as it attacks 4 times at 80%physical attack power. He also has an AoE attack if you are looking for another AoE attacker. He can also paralyze(30% chance) enemies.

He does best against beasts and demons since he does 50% bonus damage to both types. For his limit burst, it is a strong single target attack. I am also quite surprised that he can use low level black, white and green magic!

His trust master reward isn’t the greatest and not something you must have. Equipping bow is useful to perhaps characters that don’t have too many weapon selections.

Artemio’s biggest downside is his lack of weapon and armor selection. He can only wear a hat and cloth or light armor. That means his defense and magical resistance is quite low. This is to be expected for a strong attacker.

Verdict: Use him as your main attacker if you can’t pull Chizuru. He is on par with Bartz and Cloud of Darkness.

Artemios was a lowly peasant whose propensity for the hunt was such that he developed extraordinary skill, to the point that people wished to engage him as an assassin. Word has it that the change to human targets inspired no doubts in him, nor any special mercy for this new quarry.
